Terms of Service

Clear terms for a thoughtful AI space.

These terms explain the rules for using Glow, your responsibilities, subscriptions, and how we handle the service. Last updated October 17, 2026.

Read together with Privacy & Security

The two documents explain both the rules of the service and how account data is handled.

Plain-language first

We aim to make this page understandable. Legal rights and obligations still apply as written.

AI requires human judgment

Review outputs carefully and seek qualified help for high-stakes decisions.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Glow, including the Glow website, AI Sentinel features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Glow is operated by OneLove Photographics LLC, doing business as GlowLabsPlus (“Glow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy & Security information available on Glow.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not create an account or use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law or a binding obligation you have to another party.

3. Using Glow responsibly

You may use Glow for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, conduct fraud, generate or facilitate harmful activity, or interfere with the Service or other users.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell unauthorized access to, or use automated means to access the Service except through features we explicitly provide.

4. AI-generated information

Glow uses AI systems to generate responses. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

Glow is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, mental-health, safety, or other regulated advice. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions that could cause material harm to you or others.

5. Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Glow. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, consistent with our Privacy & Security practices.

If you send product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your conversations or confidential business information.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, included features, and billing intervals are presented before you complete a purchase. Stripe processes subscription payments. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel an active subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, payments and prorated credits are not refundable for a paid billing period once access has been provided.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Glow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement.

If a material change to these terms affects your use of the Service, we will provide notice through the Service or another reasonable method before the change takes effect, unless immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Glow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, a security risk, fraud, or a legal requirement to do so. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneLove Photographics LLC dba GlowLabsPlus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

10. Contact and governing law

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Glow support chat or the privacy contact published on the Privacy & Security page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

These terms are published for Glow users. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before any jurisdiction-specific commercial launch.
